What does TECC actually mean?
TECC stands for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care and refers to all measures that serve the tactical casualty care.
The world should actually be a safe place for everyone. Almost everyone hopes or assumes that they themselves will never be in a situation where they have to apply Tactical First Aid. Unfortunately, various current events, even here in Europe, show how quickly people can find themselves in such a situation. True to the motto „better to have and not need than to need and not have“, the IAG has decided to make this knowledge available to people outside our association in courses.
All courses are conducted by our state-certified paramedics or emergency medical technicians or teaching rescue assistants. We design the content and didactics of the courses strictly according to the guidelines of the Committee for TECC. We guarantee quality assurance of the course materials through our medically competent and medical members.
